Delicious recovery smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie recipe for after workouts.  I love making this in advance so that I can store it in the fridge and have it ready to go after my workout;)


Here you go:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Date
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon  
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • Protein Powder (your choice) 
  • 1 Cup of Nut Milk (I use Almond or Cashew) 
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Optional: you can add a tbsp of nut butter
