Refreshing Green Smoothie

It doesn’t require much to make something fresh and delicious.  This recipe is super easy and just the right balance between sweet and healthy ;)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Juice from ¼ of a lime

  • Generous handful of spinach

  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

Step 1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a high power blender

Step 2. Enjoy :)
