Wake Up Your Deep Core Muscles

Whether you have been pregnant or not, diastasis recti (simply known as abdominal separation), can be experienced by women postpartum, athletes, and even people who gain weight rapidly. If you think you might have diastasis recti, then you can perform a self-assessment. Directions on “how to” are included in the first link listed here below.  You can also search “how to assess diastasis recti” and you’ll come across a ton of instructional videos.
